Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched from our atelier in Naples, Italy. Shipping is free worldwide on all orders.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or Italian public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs charges. These are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.

Undelivered Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
