Returns
To request a return, please write to us at shop@depetrillo.it .
Before returning a product, make sure it is undamaged and that the tag and seal are intact. The package must be returned complete with all original contents. You have 14 days from delivery to return it. Exchanges are not possible; in that case, simply wait for a refund and make a new purchase.
Costs
• Italy: 10 euros
• European Union: 50 euros
• Rest of the world: 90 euros
Return Instructions
Log in to your account in the "Orders" section and select the items you wish to return. Place the items in their original packaging, close the box securely, and attach the pre-filled return label sent to you by our team. To request a return, please email us at shop@depetrillo.it .
Reimbursement
The refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase. Processing times for the refund may vary depending on the payment method and the bank.
If your order was shipped within Europe, you will be refunded the full amount minus shipping costs. If your order was shipped outside Europe, you will be refunded the amount minus any taxes, customs duties, or shipping costs.
